Some of the kitchens I've been scoping out on the internet below
I have been house hunting and gathering ideas for a good year now.
After having found a location I am looking to pin down…
I wanted to start working on ex display kitchens to model and basically rip off ahahhaha
EX Display Kitchens For Color and Ideas
Large Built In Fridge
This combo of the island with dark cabinets and white main wall cabinets really catches my eye.
Ex Display Kitchens With Grey Island Countertops
My first time seeing these type of “grey” tops had me thinking about doing it in a bright kitchen like this.
Ex Display Kitchens With Contrasting Cabinets
So this was the first island that I saw that had the extreme pop from having contrasting cabinet colors. Didn't really think about it until this put it into view.. now I am NOT digging the dirty looking cabinets along the wall…
Ex Display Kitchens With Lighted Soffits
I had saw a kitchen with cabinets going to the ceiling and found this as a way to do it.
Ex Display Kitchens With Grey Island Countertops, Soffits, and Contrasting Cabinet Color
With this kitchen I'm thinking of a bigger island, more cabinets in the island and main walls, and a single large deep sink.
More Images To Continue As I Collect More Example Display Kitchens
For now….
If you want to learn how I'm able to afford this and not have a Job after retiring from Engineering at the Age of 33…

Hey Lawrence,
As I was reading this post, I knew that just had to
comment. 🙂
As you’re still looking, I thought I’d share something
from my years of personal experience as the wife of
a general contractor who’s niche is custom homes
in regards to the types of materials you choose
for flooring, countertops and cabinets.
When picking materials for your kitchen and bathroom
you may want to consider:
1. How easy are they to clean?
2. How easy are they to maintain?
(If they’re not easy to maintain, or it’s too expensive,
then the money you put in may not be worthwhile.)
Will your flooring or cabinets get a lot of sun exposure?
Why would I ask that? Depending upon the severity of the
sun exposure, unless you have a lot of money
and enjoy the smell of newly re-finished hard wood floors
and cabinet fronts, you may want to stay away from wood. But of course this
is all a very personal decision and something that only
you and your lovely wife can decide.
When you’re ready, I have a few more tips for you, if you like.
From materials for your shower walls and pan, to the counter tops
of your bathroom vanity.
What are the pros and cons to having carpet in your home.
It’s a big deal if you, your wife or children have allergies.
Thanks for being an incredible mentor, trainer and coach!
And I love how so many of your high level trainings are
available to those that join me in Empower Network as well.
Can’t wait to see you at the next event,
Marion
