The video applications below are those I feel have a good shot at working with me in my newly forming Honors team for Jan 2012
The idea was to not just make a room of marketers but a small tight knit group where I can benefit from the conversation also.
This is not supposed to be a one way street.
So…
I ask of you to check out the videos below… If one REALLY sticks out that should be included in my group… Initial team size was 3 members…
*If you don't see your video below it's because your not ready or your already good to go in terms of not needing an extra boost. I have plans for you.*
I want to reiterate that by NO means does this mean your not worthy, not going to make money, or not going to be successful. I'm a part time Marketer and my time is extremely limited. I'm building the Honors team for ME to grow… Remember… I'm also trying to make a living too. This is an experiment to seeing how much further I can push my own marketing efforts and really making people close to making it happen –>>> make it happen.
Comment below to WHO you think should be included and why
Paul Clark
Jess Simonson
Jason Grilli
Alecia Stringer
Steve Weston
Kimberley Tilley
Frank J Marino
Bruce Bui
Kevin Tan
Angel Alvaro
Carolyn Nelham
Stevie Knight
Tim Buist
Kris Olson
Kevin Johnson
Landra Lynn Jacobs
Susanna Fera
Marty McDonald
Murray Beaulieu (video 1 below, video 2, video 3, video 4, video 5, video 6)
Sonja Solaro
David DeMarco
Christian Marquez
Arzu Gosney
To be considered in working with me a lot of different things come into play… But…
I'm going to say those that are in my MAIN Business tend to have a HIGHER chance of working with me.
So how does one join my Primary Business?

I think the internet ate my previous comment! LOL!
Lawrence, you have an amazing bunch of applicants! Pick the ones you think you’ll be able to create the greatest synergy with to blast off this team for 2012. I’d love to be part of that team and can tell that you’re going to be launching a great year with your mastermind group and the rest of the team.
Cheers!
Stevie

it’s hard… so many good worthy people and not like i want them thinking they WON’T succeed…. but just like college there is only so much room per graduating class
Tim · January 1, 2012 at 7:22 pm
Happy to see Jess, who I brought into Empower, getting lots a votes here… nice job Jess!
First off, it’s no wonder Lawrence is #1 with all this great talent on-board… congrats to all of you for being here… you are the hope for the future economy.
That being said the ones who stood out for me:
Stevie – results… doesn’t get much better LT! and while homeschooling 4 kids? Whoa!
Landra – leadership and skills have been proven all along as the co-op leader… thanks for all your hard work Landra
Christian – based on your comments in the FB group, you have the mindset and results to make any leader want you on their team.
Arzu – I find your background very impressive but I’m puzzled as to why you would not go all in? Do that and you have my vote.
Jason Grilli – the fact you are here really should be encouraging to all of us. I understand you just inked a new contract? Congrats on that… and I’m sure you’d be a great mastermind partner.. as long as you have the time available.

Marty · December 31, 2011 at 12:13 pm
Wow, all of these are great videos! Tough Choices for LT.
Nice work Everyone. Great group of People here. Lets do this in 2012!
Happy New Year!
Stevie Knight · December 30, 2011 at 4:22 pm
Hey Lawrence! Tough decision! What a great bunch of people. Pick those you think will create the greatest synergy for the team, and the blast-off for 2012 and the stories that come out of it will form a solid foundation for this next season and a fun and profitable time for all!
Landra Lynn Jacobs · December 28, 2011 at 1:56 pm
I’m all for Jess on this one! This girl puts her heart and soul into everything and I am so proud of her for doing this!
Lawrence Tam · December 29, 2011 at 10:43 am
she’s coming out of her shell 😉
Shannon Knowles · December 28, 2011 at 1:48 pm
My vote is for Jess! Her video was completely unscripted and from the heart. She seems very honest and straight forward. She is dedicated and passionate enough to take herself out of her comfort zone to do what is necessary to take her ambitions to the next level. Her ability to juggle being a part time single mom (military wives are alone a lot!) and successfully homeschool her children, indicates she is organized and committed! She has the ability to think outside of the box which is always an asset.
Lawrence Tam · December 29, 2011 at 10:43 am
seems to be a lot of love towards jess…

Lawrence
They are all good in their own ways and congrats to all who have put themselves out there and entered. I liked Jessie personally but what is really important is who do you like. If it where me, I would pick the people who I think I would get along with. If someone brings a lot to the table but isn’t your sort of person it could make the close knit group of three a little harder to work with. They don’t have to be clones of you or anything, variety helps creativity. But if their personality irritates I know from experience it can be tough to get the job done. Good luck with it all. Can’t wait to see who you pick!
Lawrence Tam · December 29, 2011 at 10:44 am
yep you get it… i’m looking to see who can help me grow too 😉
Kimberley Tilley · December 28, 2011 at 9:52 am
Hey Lawrence, My vote is a little biased I know, but I vote for Angel Alvero! Angel has her heart and soul into her business…she is one of the most focused and driven people that I know. She will give it her all and help so many people in the process. You have an AMAZING group here and I think every single person has so much potential and I think my video was pretty good too…lol. You are doing an AMAZING job Lawrence and I feel privileged to be a part of any plans you have now or in the future…..I am learning from you and groups everyday! “YOU ROCK LT”
Lawrence Tam · December 29, 2011 at 10:44 am
your on your way also…. good video
Jamie · December 27, 2011 at 10:38 pm
JESS! She is sincere, passionate, driven, organized, hard working (I mean who else could juggle homeschooling and life!!??) and I’m sure whatever she puts her mind to she will achieve.
Lawrence Tam · December 29, 2011 at 10:45 am
awesome…
Kimberly Cook · December 27, 2011 at 3:42 pm
My vote is for Jess!
She is honest, smart, beautiful inside and out. Not to mention I loved her video, completely unscripted, which I like, speaking from the heart always wins in my opinion!
Lawrence Tam · December 27, 2011 at 8:32 pm
yeah… you gotta love those that break out of the mold… even if not selected.. it’s time to get on video..
Scott · December 27, 2011 at 9:22 am
Jess! She’s smart and dedicated. She’d be a great asset to any company/organization and they’d be blessed to have her as a member of their team.

from member Jessica Simonson:
“Wow. No wonder you’re asking for comments, LT. Everyone in the videos are intelligent, driven and would/could be an asset. I watched the videos shortly after our Christmas morning pandemonium and have been thinking about it since then.
It’s both a professional and personal decision. In looking for an extended family, you’ll have to trust your gut and mind, to lead you to the people you’ll most easily work, laugh (if it ain’t fun, it ain’t right), learn and grow with for the good of all involved.
That being said and based on what I’ve seen from the videos as well as looking up everyone: Frank and maybe Kevin. I looked at the videos as if I was the one choosing a team; who and what would make a great team.
Regardless of who is chosen, I have every confidence that we’ll all do wonderfully in our own unique ways. Either way, we’re all still a part of Project Mayhem. Best wishes to all.”
Steve Weston · December 26, 2011 at 8:07 pm
I agree with Alicia. There are some driven people that have a passion to succeed. I don’t dare assume that you will select any person based just on how confident they seem in themselves versus how well they portray a willingness to help others and help the team succeed. (“A two way street”)
I believe you will choose a solid team, and as I mentioned in my video, whether I am chosen or not, I will still be following you and striving to be successful at all that I do. After reviewing my video here, I realized it was a bit longer than some others had done, however, I am very pleased with my follow thru on your requests for following directions and hitting on every key point that you asked for us to embrace. I would encourage everyone to revisit their videos and see if they actually followed your directives. It will help them for any future follow thru.
I agree that those on your team must be able to follow directions to the specifications requested to acheive ultimate successful results. I require that of my associates, and when they get it right, they are usually exceeding their goals.
Anyway Lawrence, best wishes to all that have applied and may your selections turn out to be AWESOME!!!!!
Thanks for your time,
Steve Weston

Paul Clark
He is ready in the mindset because he had a MLM business (top income earner of the company), he got some serious background which prove himself not to quit easily and try whatever he can to rise to the top, just like what he did in his MLM business.
Alecia Stringer
Awesome video, she has what it takes to success in overall.
Steve Weston
2 years on the internet, I can say he have the necessary knowledge to dig and apply any ideas or strategies to generate results.
Frank J Marino
Hey Frank, we did a little bit of Facebook chat a while ago and I got a feeling that we would rock with the same idea. But after watching this video, now I know I’m in a situation pretty close to you. Not only we are broke lol, but comes to getting leads to sign up, yea, something is missing, looks like we got to try something different, something that will get people sign up on the next day. Talk to you soon (oh, I love the shave). Ok, a bit off topic here haha, Frank could just do anything and try anything out to make things work, once he made it, he got some serious strategy and ideas that you shouldn’t mess with, beware…. 😀
Kevin Tan
He had achievement in some challenges which proven himself as a good partner to be considered. He got serious skills and knowledge to work things out which is a plus here.
Angel Alvaro
She rocks, I mean she got strong relationship with many people, in short, she is branding herself all the time. I think a slight kick for her and she will be the rockstar soon. I would say, it will be honorable to learn a lot from her as well.
Myself
I don’t have much success story with me, but I learned a lot and have the experience to advance to the next level. I love to bring out ideas as well as test things out, maybe because I’m a techie guy. So which means like all other marketers, I had a lot failure due to lots of testing but I’m not going to quit. I’m all in forever in this industry, with all that means I’m interested to do any kind of business to leverage myself and to share the skills and knowledge with others.
Jess Simonson · December 25, 2011 at 9:42 pm
Wow. Everyone here is intelligent, driven and an asset. I’d be honored to work closely with any of them. No wonder you’re looking for comments, LT! I watched the videos this morning shortly after our Christmas morning pandemonium and have been thinking about it all day.
It’s personal as well as professional. What I (or anyone) else thinks doesn’t matter. This is your team… Find the people who make you laugh (if it’s not fun it ain’t right), who you can learn from and grow with. You’re building an extended family so trust your heart and your mind.
That being said and based on what I’ve seen from you, LT, and the videos (I looked up everyone’s work) the one who grabbed my attention the most was Frank. I mean no disrespect to anyone else. I have complete confidence that we’re all going to do great things with our lives in different ways.
Alecia Stringer · December 25, 2011 at 12:41 am
What a great group. It would be hard to decide. Everyone has a lot of heart and passion in their goals. People that stand out to help Lawrence would be:
Me – Alecia Stringer – of course, guiding your potential in new tools and tricks of leadership, few courses I have invested that can guide you in directions to become more powerful in the industry.
Frank – Powerful story with him being in Germany and his dedication and struggles. He has a creative view, you’d be surprised.
Kevin Tan – He knows the massiveness of situations. Looks like one of your buddy’s that just lays it how it is.
Angel – Has networks! We have a lot in common and really analyzes everything to make sure it’s going to work.
Jason – Also has networks… He has a heart behind those muscles and shows it in his marketing power.
Whomever you choose, will create a new product that can team the empower network to new levels. Thanks for sharing, and asking our inputs as well. We know it’s always a hard decision choosing the right people to help you. Always know that we are here to help each other, no matter what situation we come upon.
